Hello, my name is David and I am a Licensed Counselor (LPC) in rural Pennsylvania. I completed my Masters in Counseling with a concentration in Drama Therapy from the California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco. It can often be challenging to take that first step and reach out to a counselor. Fear of the unknown, concerns about being judged, or feeling like you should be able to just "tough it out" are incredibly common, you are not alone. Whether this is your first time in ther
