Working with anxiety, self-esteem, and change, I work collaboratively with my clients to help identify areas of strength and resilience that we build upon to bring about a more holistic experience of peace. It is my belief that therapy is a place to show up fully as yourself, being met with warmth, openness, and care. I am passionate about helping parents step into a place of empowerment and confidence, regaining control of the often chaotic world of raising kiddos. Additionally, I work with couples, families, and young adults, addressing the unique concerns that exist in the various stages of life. I am a goal setter, a challenger, and an advocate.
