Addiction & Trauma impact many of us, and can be overwhelming. I’m here to help. Being both a consumer and a practitioner of the mental health field, I have experience in suffering & healing. I am an advocate for strength based solutions, and a constant enemy of shame. You may have had difficulties or made choices that blow up your life, but it will be okay. I use modern trauma techniques, IFS, EMDR, and DBT skill-building. I work with public education and podcasting as well. I am eager to support you.
