I help individuals, couples, and folx navigating sexually alternative lifestyles get their DREAM relationship. I help you find playfulness and fulfillment in your relationships by teaching you practical tools for everyday interactions. My approach to therapy involves accelerated resolutions and giving practical tools and exercises for you to use before, during, and after our sessions. I tend to work with folx who might identify as kinky, polyamorous, non-monogamous, a sex worker, or part of the LGBTQIA+ community. My training in the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, Relational Life Therapy shows my obsession for learning and that you'll be in good hands.
