I offer Online counselling and will offer face to face sessions when it becomes safe to do so again. I am a Person Centred Counsellor, so I will focus on you and what you feel it is important for you to talk about, I want you to feel comfortable enough to speak with me about anything at all. I will not judge you and will use my own wide ranging life experience and training to truly understand your issues and to help you to find a way forward. I feel that the relationship between you and your therapist is an important factor in enabling change to take place, so I offer a low cost (£20) first 50 minute session with no obligation so that you can decide if I am the right counsellor for you. My personal experience in life includes mental health and addiction issues which I have since overcome. I have also experienced marriage break up, bereavement, anxiety and depression.
