As a former 3 pack/day smoker, I can deeply empathize with the brave folks who want to reclaim their freedom. Over the years people have used my methods and model to address a very broad spectrum of addictive substances and compusive behaviors with very good outcomes.

Our meetings are always open to any person with a desire to learn how to be free from their addiction. Our intention is to be an affirming and welcoming community, sharing and supporting one another without regard for race, creed, national origin, gender or gender identity.

Beyond the weekly classes, our program is supplemented by free daily text message support, various web resources, social media, and telephone coaching on an as-needed basis.
