Welcome to Athol Hospital, a Critical Access Hospital located in Massachusetts' North Quabbin region.
Our hospital has been serving the community since 1950. The hospital touches thousands of people every year. Unless you have been a patient in our emergency room, or have visited the hospital for other medical services, you may not realize the full range of our capabilities.
I am very proud of the care we provide, and the high patient satisfaction we achieve. Our nearly 50 doctors cover a range of medical specialties that includes orthopedic surgery, cataract surgery, emergency surgeries and more. We operate a pain clinic, radiology services, an oncology clinic, and 25 inpatient beds.
Our job is to guide the team that works every day to keep Athol Hospital in the ranks of Massachusetts' excellent, critical access hospitals, providing quality healthcare close to home. Part of that job includes listening to what you have to say about how we can better serve you.
Please don't hesitate to contact either of us if there is more we can do. You may reach me by calling my direct line at 978-630-6225 or by e-mailing [email protected]. Mike Grimmer, COO, can be reached at 978-249-1101 or [email protected].
