I was born and raised in northern Germany and now live with my wife and three children in Ariège. Goenka's Vipassana meditation was an important discovery on my life path. I then experimented body and trauma psychotherapy for a long time. The help I received has profoundly changed my life and inspired me to make my profession. Committed for 10 years in training and personal therapeutic work, I now work as an accompanist in individual or couple sessions and in the form of internships. I am engaged as an assistant in the international team of Dr Raja Selvam, founder of the Integral Somatic Psychology method. I am also a signatory of the ethical charter charteethique.eu.
