About Megan Johnson
One of the most important components of therapy is trust with your therapist which allows you to openly and honestly discuss your current or past challenges. The therapeutic relationship allows for exploration of self and reflection of how experiences have shaped your relationships and perspective.
My practice is rooted in an integrative multidisciplinary approach to addressing the needs of clients. I embrace comprehensive and evidenced-based modalities to treat various emotional and mental health needs of clients. My practice centers on working with adults experiencing grief, anxiety, depression, trauma, suicidality, and self-injurious behaviors.
I believe each person has a unique set of personal strengths that can be cultivated to address their challenges. Within a warm, safe and nurturing environment, we can work together and navigate painful or difficult life challenges and transitions.
