Welcome! I am a relationship specialist. I see my purpose in life as helping clients have better relationships, and I hope that you'll join me in this journey. I have nearly three hundred hours of advanced training and mentorship in the most effective couples therapy methods (Emotion-Focused Therapy, EFT, and Gottman Method Couples Therapy). Together, we will work to understand the pattern in which you are caught that is keeping you stuck in cycles of conflict or a lack of closeness. We will then use these empirically validated techniques to break you out of old patterns as you two learn to communicate in more vulnerable, authentic ways that get to the root of your attachment needs and help you see each other and your path forward more clearly.
