I am passionate about working with complex trauma, childhood trauma, relational trauma, anxiety, and depression with narrative therapy, self-compassion, parts work, and brainspotting. Brainspotting is a mind-body therapy that allows for deeper trauma processing, increases nervous system regulation, and can accelerate the healing process.
Helping clients find the roots of their symptoms and heal from trauma and chronic stressors is my goal. I am a LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist and also specialize in working with first responders and people who have learned to prioritize others over themselves.
