About Cayla Townes

Over the last twelve years I've been a therapist I have been providing individual, family, and group therapy and counselling services to people of all ages. I've worked with people from diverse backgrounds dealing with a wide-variety of challenges. ​I started Memento to support people who are dealing with grief and loss, burdened by shame, want to improve their relationships, or are struggling to find the meaning in their lives. ​I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I am also a Certified Canadian Counsellor with the Canadian Counselling & Psychotherapy Association. I graduated in 2011 with a M.A. in Counseling from George Fox University in Oregon, USA.
