Burnout and Self-Esteem Specialist I specialize in helping millennial women overcome burnout at work and low self-esteem. Burnout can make you feel trapped and hopeless with no solution. You dread going to work, where you feel overwhelmed and unsupported. You’ve probably stopped doing things that you used to enjoy or just don’t find pleasure in them anymore. What you really want is some relief from the pressure. You’d like to enjoy life and feel like yourself again. You want to make sense of how you got here and how to turn things around. Change can be scary but I’m here to help you take these brave steps.
