About Nava Narayani

Hi there! I offer individual, relationship, and group therapy to residents of Colorado online and in person at my office in Wheat Ridge, CO. I specialize in sexual trauma therapy and attachment healing. I enjoy working with LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and ethical non-monogamy folx. I am affirmative of sex workers, psychedelic use, kinky lifestyles, and spirituality of all backgrounds. Some common descriptions of my style from peers and clients are that I exude safety, am grounding, warm, attentive, and wise. One of my favorite descriptions of my style is that I am subtle and gentle, yet pinpointed and direct. My psychotherapy theory often pulls from contemplative psychotherapy, somatic therapy, attachment theory, as well some art therapy. I also highly value alternative and multicultural healing methodologies. My passion project at the moment is running a support group for sexual trauma recovery. Outside of therapy, I enjoy intensive outdoor adventures, aerial dancing, and being with loved ones.
